Volunteering

Volunteering at Habitat HabiStore is a rewarding way to connect with people, meet new friends and make a difference in your community.

The safety of our volunteers is our first priority – and as we monitor the COVID-19 virus, we have made the decision to close all volunteer work sites beginning Tuesday, March 17We are closely watching the response from local public health agencies, and we will reopen volunteer opportunities when it is safe to do so. Please read our statement.

Volunteering at the HabiStore

Whether you’ve got tons of work experience or you’re trying to build some, we’ve got a place for you at the HabiStore.

Our volunteers have a lot of roles to fill — from providing helpful customer service to creating DIY projects and displays, repairing furniture, and organizing stock. We’ll find a place where you’ll fit in and a role that interests you.

When you volunteer at the HabiStore, you help us continue our mission of building a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Learn more about the HabiStore…

The first step is to complete our online volunteer application, then select a time to attend an orientation. We look forward to working with you!

We have opportunities for individual volunteers to work at the HabiStore and Construction Site. We also have group opportunities available for your business, church, or civic group to get involved.

Thank you for giving your time, talent and treasure!
