Everyone deserves a decent place to live and everyone can do something today to make that possible for another family in Tucson.
The safety of our volunteers is our first priority – and as we monitor the COVID-19 virus, we have made the decision to close all volunteer work sites beginning Tuesday, March 17. We are closely watching the response from local public health agencies, and we will reopen volunteer opportunities when it is safe to do so. Please read our statement.
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Habitat Tucson. Volunteer opportunities take place on and off the construction site and are available for individuals, corporate groups and businesses, faith groups, student and youth groups. Volunteer and get involved now.
Homebuyer Family Partners work directly with and provide support to Habitat families by mentoring them on their journey towards homeownership. They provide consistent, frequent contact with the homebuyer family, assist with preparing their budgets, guide families in process of maintaining current and future financial obligations, provide support in achieving required sweat equity hours, and present the keys to the partner family during their home dedication. Email Gabriela for more info.

Volunteers are the heart of Habitat for Humanity Tucson’s efforts. Thank you!
Habitat Tucson is incredibly grateful for a 3-year partnership with Tucson Electric Power (TEP).
TEP’s funding will be used to increase volunteer engagement through the “TEP-Habitat Power of Volunteers” program. Habitat Tucson enlists volunteers across Southern Arizona who give their time to build new homes and repair owner-occupied homes. With the support of volunteers from TEP, Habitat Tucson helps low-income families obtain or maintain safe, affordable, and energy-efficient homes.
