How to apply: Please fill out the form and submit. We will contact you to discuss how the application process works in greater detail.
Homeowners are expected to be cooperative partners with staff and volunteers. This form is step 1 in the process. You will contacted to fill out the application and provide paperwork to verify income, homeowner insurance etc. Eligible homeowners whose applications are accepted get a home visit from a Habitat Tucson staffer to assess what work must be done. Please be aware Habitat for Humanity has limited resources so we can only partner with a small number of individuals every year. Thank you for understanding.
Eligibility guidelines for this program:
- You must own your home and it must be your primary residence.
- You must be income-eligible (see chart below)

If you have a mobile or manufactured home: Owners of mobile or manufactured homes who meet all of the following qualifications:
- Own the home
- Own the land the home sits on
- The home is permanently affixed to the property
Mold: Due to volunteer & staff safety at this time Habitat Tucson is unable to work on most homes with mold. Please submit your information and we will contact you to let you know more.
We are not an emergency repairs program. If you are in need of immediate assistance with repairs, please contact an emergency repairs organization in your area.
