HabiStore Online FAQs
How do I pick up my purchases?
After purchase, curbside pickup hours are 10 am-3 pm Tuesday-Saturday. Arrive in the pick-up window at our HabiStore warehouse located at 935 W. Grant Road Tucson, AZ 85705. We will guide you to a designated area in front of our building. When you arrive at one of our designated parking spots, give us a call at 520-780-4845 or from the number listed on the sign.
- For smaller items: Please have your truck, car, or tailgate opened ahead of time and our HabiStore team member will place it in your vehicle.
- For larger items: Purchases that require two people to move, we require you to bring assistance to load the items into your vehicle.
Should I wear a mask and gloves when picking up my purchases?
Yes please! For the safety of our customers and employees, our staff will wear a mask during your transaction. We will be branded in HabiStore attire, so do not be alarmed. We encourage you to wear a mask, as well!
After I place my order, how many days do I have to pick it up from the HabiStore?
Customers will have 3 days to pick up their order. If they need more time to make accommodation please give the Online store rep a call at 520.780.4845
I have furniture I’d like to donate. How can I do that during this time?
You can drop off your items at 935 w grant rd, we have a contactless drop off area where donors will be responsible for unloading their vehicles. If you have large items to donate please bring someone to assist you to safely unload your items.
Can I still get a receipt for my donations?
Yes. You will be able to leave your email address/ address and phone number to receive a copy or you can request a receipt through our donation hotline 520.230.5323.
