It is quick and easy to donate a vehicle— running or not! Plus, when you donate your car, your donation may be eligible for tax deduction purposes if you itemize. (Consult the IRS or your tax adviser for details.)

Cars for Homes accepts almost all vehicles, including, but not limited to:

• Cars
• Trucks
• Motorcycles
• Boats
• Snowmobiles
• Trailers
• Recreational vehicles

Who does the donation benefit?

The Cars for Homes program distributes 100% of the net proceeds to your local Habitat for Humanity affiliate to help build homes in partnership with families in your community.

Habitat for Humanity is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization. If you itemize deductions on your income tax return, it may be possible to claim a deduction for your car donation.
